IPHONE/IPAD ISSUES

We have seen issues where people not being able to login when having been sent a new password. they type in the new password, but its clear that the old password is actually used to attempt to login on website.

Apple devices often autofill old passwords because saved keychain data overrides new entries, or an old password is tied to a specific app setting or trusted device sync.

How to Fix Keychain Autofill Issues:

-- Delete the old password: Open Settings, tap Passwords, find the account, and delete or update the old entry.

-- Turn off AutoFill temporarily: Go to Settings > Passwords > Password Options, and turn off AutoFill Passwords.

-- Type manually: Tap the password field, ignore the pop-up suggestion, and type your new password by hand.

-- Force a restart: Turn your iPhone or iPad off and on again to clear temporary system memory.
