This season`s survey will be open from Friday 14th October until Sunday 6th November.
The survey should take around 15 minutes to be complete, and the findings will be will be reviewed by Supporters` Direct Scotland, SPFL, the Scottish FA and communicated to all SPFL clubs together with insights which can help to drive improvements in Scottish football.
